Are you taking new patients?
Yes! I am currently taking on new patients into my practice. If you are interested in scheduling an initial evaluation please call or text me at (971) 265-6211.
I always like to speak with you over the phone first to find out the type of treatment you are looking for, and to answer any questions or concerns before proceeding with scheduling an appointment. This usually takes around 15 minutes.

VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON CARE?
I provide both in-person & virtual treatment.
I am based in Portland, OR and my in-person treatment is based only in Portland. In addition to my Oregon medical license, I also hold medical licenses in the states of California and Washington and I am able to treat patients virtually in these states.

DO YOU TAKE HEALTH INSURANCE?
I am currently accepting Aetna and Cigna for Oregon residents only. (I’ll be accepting Regence soon future for Oregon residents as well).
Unfortunately, I do not accept any other health insurances insurances at this time, this includes insurance who those living in the States of California and Washington.
I am able to provide you with a receipt of services (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company (for out-of-network claim for reimbursement). I strongly recommend first speaking with your insurance company before initiating treatment if you plan to use out-of-network benefits,. There is a great amount of variability among insurance companies for the amount they will cover for services.

What are your rates?
*Initial Consultations: 90 minutes at $500
Follow-up Sessions (medication and/or psychotherapy): 45 minutes at $275.
Follow-up Sessions (medication only, this is only for established patients): 20 minutes at $200
*Initial Consultations can be split over two separate 45 minute appointments (instead of one 90 minute appointment), if needed (with cost of $250 for each of the two 45 minute evaluations)
Paperwork or Phone calls that falls outside of the above visits (this excludes initial phone calls with new patients inquiring about my practice): $50 for every 15-minutes

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Due to the preparation that goes into each appointment and the difficulty in filling these slots on short notice, I ask for cancelled or rescheduled appointments to be done least 2 business days in advance. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 2 business days’ notice, will be charged for the full cost of that appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you are consenting to this policy. Additionally, a credit card will need to be given prior to scheduling your initial evaluation.
